In early March, SolBridge International School of Business, hosted Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang, the Vice President Foreign Trade University (FTU), Vietnam and Dr. Ngujen Hai Ninh, Director of the center for International Cooperation, FTU.

FTU has been in existence since 1960 and is one of the well-known universities in Vietnam offering a wide range of business courses including finance, management, and marketing. During the delegation's visit, FTU and SolBridge signed a memorandum of understanding for a 2+2 program where FTU students can study two years in FTU and another two years at SolBridge to get an AACSB accredited BBA degree. Moreover, this partnership strengthens the relationship between the universities in the field of business.

Dr.  Dao was also one of the guest speakers at the 2017 Spring Convocation Ceremony and the launch of the new College of Woosong University, Endicott College of International Studies.

The delegation later attended a workshop on Industry 4.0 where Dr. Hai Ninh Nguyen presented on the Impact and Opportunities of Industry 4.0 for Asian countries along with other academic leaders from notable universities around Asia.

Before leaving Korea, the team also got the opportunity to experience the Korean culture and heritage by visiting several historical landmarks in Korea such as Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong cultural district and Myeongdong shopping district.
