Our Student YoungEun Koo shares her study abroad experience at the Metropolitan University of Prague, Czech Republic one of the new study abroad destinations for SolBridge students.

“I am delighted that I chose to come to the Czech Republic of Prague as an exchange student.  I had an option of choosing between a university in Prague or Olomouc. I came to Prague because I thought the capital city would be a better option for me.  I have met a lot of European students at the Metropolitan University of Prague (MUP). MUP has a traveling group that organizes trips to different parts of Europe.   I traveled with them to another city in Czech where I met many Erasmus students. We had a lot of team building and fun activities including a video project. We also went to Auschwitz camp in Poland where I learned about Poland's history that has changed my perspective and helped increase my appreciation for European history and culture.

I only have a few months left as an exchange student and hope to enrich my study abroad experience by traveling to other parts of Europe.
